The Movie People

We have been selling out of print (OOP) and hard to find (HTF) videos online since March 1999. Most of the video tapes we sell are former rentals, purchased primarily from video store closings. All tapes are VHS, NTSC formatted for play on video players in the U.S. and Canada. Tapes that are from personal collection or new and factory sealed, will be noted in the ad.

Although we primarily deal in VHS tapes, occasionally we offer DVDs, video games, and CDs. Merchandise will be listed in the category designed for that item. All items, even previously viewed, are guaranteed to be in good playback/playing condition. If you have any questions about an item, please ask. We take extreme pride in answering all email.

Auction Winners:

All auction winners are notified within 24 hours of the end of auction with payment instructions. If you have not heard from us within that period, please email us. Please make sure your email is set to accept our email.

Packaging & Shipping:

We ship all merchandise via USPS (United States Postal Service). We protect our videos by wrapping them with bubble wrap.

Our feedback rating is very important to us. It is our way of telling potential customers that buying our merchandise is a very safe proposition. Our feedback shows that customer satisfaction is a goal we work hard to maintain, by offering quality merchandise and immediate resolution of any problems.

About Our Descriptions:

All tapes are inspected for damage and defect prior to listing. However, if a defective or damaged tape escapes our detection, we will gladly offer a full refund. All tapes that sell for 9.99 and above are fully cleaned prior to shipping, removing all rental stickers and residual glue.

International Buyers:

We ship world-wide!  It is so exciting to be able to converse with people all around the world! We ship via U.S. Postal Service "Global Priority". Please email us for exact rate of your purchase. Generally, rates for 1 VHS tape are: Europe and South America - $7.50; Australia, Middle East, Japan, and Africa - $10.00; and Canada and Mexico - $6.00. Shipping time ranges from 5-10 days. Should you desire insurance, the rates are significantly increased.
